2. Scope of application
These general terms and conditions apply to all sales made via the website www.lumberjackssnack.ch by consumers (B2C) or professionals (B2B). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC. By placing an order, the user guarantees that they are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Any person with a validated B2B account with dedicated access is considered a B2B customer; others are considered B2C customers.
The sales contract is deemed to have been concluded as soon as the order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the information entered (email address, postal address, telephone number) is accurate and up to date.
3. Products and availability
The products presented are valid while stocks last. Certain items may be subject to pre-orders with specific delivery times, which are clearly indicated on the product page. Pre-orders are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. However, if a pre-order is not shipped within 30 working days after the estimated delivery date, the customer may request its cancellation and obtain a voucher equivalent to the amount paid. The delivery time provided is indicative and may vary depending on availability and logistics. By ordering a product on pre-order, the customer expressly accepts this policy.
The nutritional or wellness information presented on the website has no medical or dietary value. It is not a substitute for the advice of a healthcare professional.
4. Price and payment
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF). Wildroots Sàrl is not subject to VAT, so VAT is not applicable. Payment can only be made online, by credit card, Twint, Apple Pay, Google Pay or any other secure method offered at the time of ordering. No payment by invoice is accepted, including for professionals. No shipment will be made before full payment has been received.
Promotional codes can be used during the ordering process. They are non-refundable and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Unless otherwise stated, they are valid for a maximum period of 12 months from the date of issue. They cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively.
5. Delivery
In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address resulting in the return of a parcel, the customer will be informed by email and, if available, by telephone. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. If no response is received within one month of the return notification, the parcel will be considered lost. No refund will be made, which will compensate for the administrative and logistical costs incurred; these costs will therefore no longer be invoiced separately.

6. Transfer of risks
The transfer of risk occurs when the parcel is handed over to the carrier. In the event of loss or damage during transport, a claim must be made to the carrier. However, we remain available for any support you may require.
7. Complaints and returns
All complaints must first be sent by email to contact@wildroots.ch, providing all the necessary information: order number, product concerned, batch number if available, supporting photographs, and any other information that clearly identifies the problem. The customer is required to check the condition of the package and products upon receipt and to report any anomalies immediately. No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from our customer service department.
Food products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of obvious defects or products damaged upon receipt. Complaints must be made within 24 hours of actual receipt of the package for professionals, and within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect for consumers, particularly in the case of defects that are not immediately visible.
Non-food products (goodies) may be returned within 7 calendar days, in their original packaging, unused and after prior approval. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Goodies are covered by a 2-year warranty covering defects related to normal wear and tear.
In general, no refunds will be made. If a complaint is validated or a return is accepted, compensation may be offered in the form of a voucher valid for an unlimited period. These vouchers are not convertible into cash and are not transferable to a third party without the express agreement of Wildroots Sàrl.
8. Limitation of liability
Wildroots Sàrl accepts no responsibility for any deterioration in products due to improper storage after delivery. The customer is also responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order (address, e-mail, telephone number).
Wildroots Sàrl strictly complies with current hygiene and traceability standards. In the event of a product being damaged or unfit for consumption, our liability is limited to replacing the product or issuing an equivalent voucher. Any further liability is expressly excluded, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
All liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply to cases of fraud, gross negligence or injury to life, limb or health.
